  The worst experience ever. No customer service skills at all. The employees stand outside the entrance and take turns smoking then come walking thru the front door reeking of cigarettes. The manager Chris is as arrogant as they get. Go in and watch the employees. They sit on a box or a stool and wait for you to place your order. The store is small, dirty and the sandwiches are not handled or made like any other subways. Take your business next door at the new bagel sandwich shop or Publix deli.

  The employees are extremely rude. Have been on three separate occasions. They're also trashy, they just chain smoke when they should be cleaning the bathroom. They complain TO CUSTOMERS about having to do their jobs. I will be calling corporate this week.

  Looked up the menu before actually going there. Was a bit pricey but at least I knew what to expect . When I get there everything was a few dollars more than listed online . Asked the server what was up with that and was given the old "oh yeah , we need to update our website" .. the old bait and switch .. real cool ..
